Driver Ed course TYs
Excellent and well organised course that was varied and interactive. All students were constantly engaged and the three instructors had all their workstations ready beforehand. I am particularly grateful that the instructors ensured that one of our students with a physical disability was still able to participate in all aspects, especially when they ensured that an automatic car was brought especially on day 2 to ensure that student was able to practise driving.

Two outstanding courses
Kieran and his instructors have provided us with two outstanding courses which captivated the students from start to finish. Students were engaged in their learning, had loads of fun and talked non stop about their experience to their teachers and peers. The course encapsulated what we want the students to experience during their TY year and it has set a high bar for all other activities to follow. We will continue to work with Kieran and his team in the future and will sample any new courses they have to offer.

Ceardlann den scoth!!! – amazing workshop for TY’s
I would highly recommend the Drivers Ed course for any senior year group. However, as TY coordinator, I will be using this every year. Not only did the students enjoy the whole day that they spent with their instructors and the hands-on approach to learning, I also felt as an educator that I was giving them life skills that are needed at their age. Driving workshop
I really enjoyed this workshop as it gave me a chance to see that driving isn’t as scary as people make it out to be. I also learn how to change a tire quickly.

10 Stars- GREAT workshop,
We have had Irish School of Excellence every year for about 5 years. Always a great day, Students love it and it is so informative. Very worthwhile. Recommend HIGHLY. Kieran and the team are super to deal with. Both driving and E-scooter lessons are really good.

Excellent
Kieran and his team always gives a wonderful workshop to our Ty students. We have used them for the last them couple of years and for the last few years they have started Escootar training and the students really enjoy it.

Driving Awareness and e-scooter training
The Irish School of Excellence provides an excellent service which caters for all students. Practical and hands on, which keeps students engaged. The instructors take time to explain all aspects of the activities.

Excellent – highly recommend
We’ve had SOE out to the school for the past three years, and it’s a real highlight in the year. The Transition Year students take part in workshops where they drive a car, learn car maintenance and take part in driving impairment activities. They then practice for the theory test and online searches for cars and insurance. This year we added the Escooter training also, which has been a real hit. It feels great knowing that the students have taken part in workshops that they enjoy, give them a real life skill, and sets them up for safe transport options in the future.

The best driver Ed around
We’ve had Irish School of Excellence coming to our school for years and the students love it. It’s one of the activities they look forward to the most during the year. Kieran now offers scooter ed and we added that to the day. The students think it’s great fun all while learning the importance of scooter safety. We will continue to book with the Irish school of excellence as it’s great value for money for a great service!
